The deluxe kit comes with the standard strobe light kit, plus a amplifier and two hi flux state of the art LEDs. These are very bright and have an improved veiwing angle compared to the standard kit.The two LEDs from the standard kit can also be used with the high flux LEDs, giving you four flashing LEDs.
