These modules mimic a revolving lamp using one led (supplied). These modules have two speeds. They can be connected to a 5v  or 12v supply. The flash is a complex mix of time delays and pulse width modulation to achive the effect of a rotating flashing lamp. Ideal for tail fin lights or for the smaller model. Can be used with a 5mm,3mm or 1.8mm LED (supplied).
